Sir Hans Heysen (1877-1968) is a world famous South Australian artist featuring the Australian natural landscape (especially gum trees), and village life at the turn of the twentieth century. If you're in South Australia you can visit his home and studio, The Cedars, in Hahndorf.
This tea attempts to evoke a similar atmosphere to Heysen's art with Australian black tea, wattle seed, and caramelised macadamias. It is a warm, nutty brew with an almost chocolaty aroma. Good as is, with milk, and/or sugar as you wish.
Ingredients: Australian black tea, ground wattleseed, caramelised macadamia pieces.
